5 Farmers Markets to Visit in Phoenix + Scottsdale

Laura Jewett April 1, 2024

While most of the country is just starting to gear up for Farmers Market season, we are winding ours down here in the Valley. Most markets wrap up at the end of May here as the temps just get too warm to keep produce and fresh goods out. However, we do have a couple of markets that operate year-round, which people from other parts of the country will attest is a rare and amazing thing! During the summer, these year-round markets open and close a little earlier to take advantage of the slightly cooler morning temps. Regardless, chances are that some of your favorite vendors will make their products available to you in the summer months through their online sites or it is a good bet that you will find them at one of the markets that run during the summer in the high country of Arizona. Here we have listed five of the top Farmers Markets in the Valley. If you have not experienced all of these, be sure to check them out before they are gone that is until October when most of the markets start up again.
