We knew that Laura was the best choice for our family to not only sell the house that we had lived in for 20 years but also to help us negotiate the purchase of our new forever home. Laura's dedication to all her clients is incredible, she treated us and our negotiations as if they were her own. All her advice was spot on and our house sold very quickly. We were dependent on the funds of the home we were selling to purchase our new home. This can add a lot of complexity to the negotiations with the buyer's and seller's agents with many aspects, money, timing, and moving, all needing quick decisions and effective communication with the many moving pieces. Laura handled both so smoothly and knowing how experienced she was always gave my family and me faith that we were in the best hands possible. When we needed referrals for anything that came up through the process, Laura had a vast list of companies she has worked with over the years that all helped us to finalize both the sale and purchase. As Laura's clients as sellers, we were in the middle of remodeling our house and wanted to make sure that we made the best choices on colors, finishes, flooring, etc to ensure that we made our house as attractive as possible to buyers. Not only did Laura give us amazing and spot-on design guidance, but when it was time to put the finishing touches on decorating, she took me to shop for the little things to decorate the house with to make it show in the best possible way and even came over to help me with the decorating and staging! As Laura's clients as buyers, we had a home that we had been watching for many months and had our hearts on buying. Given the complexities of needing to sell our house in order to buy the new home, Laura knew exactly when to start the communication with the seller's agent and handled both the sale of our house along the purchase of our new house expertly. On top of knowing the timing of starting the communication, offer, and negotiating, Laura was dealing with a very challenging unresponsive, and unprofessional agent for the house we were looking to buy and always maintained the highest level of integrity and I have no doubt that because of Laura we were able to purchase our dream home. As both clients as sellers and buyers to Laura, her skills in negotiating with the agents were amazing. Her responsiveness and ability to clearly communicate with us were above and beyond, and so extremely important. In fact, I knew that Laura would be going on a family vacation at some point in the summer. At one point I had asked her when she was leaving on vacation with her family and found out that she had already taken her vacation and was in Europe for 2 weeks, and had constant communication with me that I didn't even know she was gone!! Laura would always make us feel like a priority to her and extreme responsiveness and knowledge always made us feel like we were in the best hands possible. I can't thank Laura enough for all she did for our family, there were so many challenges that popped up as part of the process and Laura navigated through them all expertly.
